Grown at 1400-1600 masl, this coffee is an anaerobic natural coming from small-holder farms in Uwu (Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara). This is the second coffee we have from this processing centre, another Kartika variety but this time processed as an anaerobic natural. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTheir process involves 5-10 days of whole cherry fermentation after 6-8 weeks of drying time.
